Our Weekly Message for April 3, 2002
 

Greetings to everyone,

We are off this week to the Dance/Drill Team Directors of America National Convention in Ft. Worth, Texas, and hope to see many of you there. If you are in the Midwest, there will be a regional convention in Chicago for DTDA the first weekend in May. Visit the DTDA.org web site for more information on these two conventions.

Tryouts are taking place all during the month of April. If you need to resource some ideas for tryouts, visit our Education Support Page. You can also find over 50 articles on various subject areas for dance/drill team.

Since tryouts are taking place, it is also time to make your summer camp plans. Remember that we have a Visual Notes Video that will allow you to resource over 36 routines throughout the year. You can also find an online Camp Pre-registration form as well as a Private Camp Bid Request form. Camps will fill quickly so make sure to reserve your team today!

Some mistakes are too much fun 
to only make once. 

Don't cry because it's over; 
smile because it happened. 

We could learn a lot from crayons: 
some are sharp, some are pretty, 
some are dull, some have weird names, 
and all are different colors....but 
they all exist very nicely in the same box. 

A truly happy person is one who 
can enjoy the scenery on a detour.
